science watch client: nintendo This feature was a little weird. This feature was part of a larger, multi-site integrated campaign to promote Nintendo's game The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, which involves the moon crashing into the earth in an apocalypse of fire and fury. While the feature did fairly well on Bolt, traffic wise, I think the somewhat opaque marketing campaign was confusing to the users, who tended to talk about Biblical ideas of the apocalypse more than the game. |
